ANTI-AGING with a REDUCED CALORIE DIET

This lifestyle is hard to lead in today's world of excess - all you can eat buffets, fast food, office snack bars, etc. It should be well worth the effort though as this is thought by many anti-aging experts to be the single best thing you can do to prolong your life.
