ANTI-AGING with a REDUCED CALORIE DIET
A key ingredient in any anti-aging regime is a Reduced Calorie
Diet. Hundreds of scientific studies show that a restriction
on calories without malnutrition leads to a longer life for lab
animals.
As long as you can get the same nutrients from your food, it
is better to do so with fewer calories. Start by eliminating junk
food such as candy, deserts, and beer which usually have many
calories but little if any nutritional value.
Focus on eating living foods such as raw fruits and vegetables.
It is often easier to eat fruits and vegetables as either juice
(not store bought - only freshly made juice) or smoothies. Various
nuts are also important to include in your reduced calorie diet
in limited quantities.
This lifestyle is hard to lead in today's world of excess - all
you can eat buffets, fast food, office snack bars, etc. It should
be well worth the effort though as this is thought by many anti-aging
experts to be the single best thing you can do to prolong your
